Med Flight called after rollover accident

Med flight was being called to transport a 20-year-old female, with head trauma, after she was ejected from her truck that rolled over shortly after 6:30 a.m. today at 1801 E. Highway 59 at North Bay Shore Lane and East Vincent Road in Milton Township, according to Rock County 911 Dispatch.

Emergency crews from the Janesville and Milton Fire departments were dispatched to the scene along with two Wisconsin State Patrol troopers.

Usually there is the line "it is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the accident."

I was waiting for the " The driver was not wearing a seatbelt" line after reading the first sentence.
I could be wrong but, come on!, two seconds to put a seat belt on?!?!?!?
