Janesville declares snow emergency
The city of Janesville has declared a snow emergency starting at 11 p.m. today.
All vehicles must be removed from city streets and public parking lots until snow plowing is complete.
“To ensure that you do not receive a parking ticket, please move your vehicle prior to 11 p.m. and keep your vehicle off city streets until they have been completely plowed,” according to the city’s news release.
Janesville residents can get additional snow emergency information from the city's Web site, www.ci.janesville.wi.us, or by calling 755-SNOW (755-7669). To report problems or concerns, call 755-3110.
