A robber fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the Country Mobil Station, W5180 Highway A in Sugar Creek Township, Walworth County near Tibbets Elementary School.

The man entered the store Friday at 9:12 p.m. After confronting employees and taking money, he fled on foot through an open field, got into a nearby sport utility vehicle or truck and left the area.

The suspect is described as a while male, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall and between 150 and 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black full-faced winter ski mask, a tan or brown coat--possibly Carhartt brand--tan gloves, blue jeans and black work boots. He had a chrome or silver hand gun.

Anyone who saw a vehicle in the Tibbets school parking lot or saw anything suspicious near the gas station is urged to call Captain Dana Nigbor at (262) 741-4421. Callers can stay anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
