UPDATE: Officials ask drivers to stay off the Interstate
The Janesville Streets Department supervisor is asking people not to use Interstate 90/39 around Janesville, said the patrol supervisor at the Janesville Police Department.
Road runoffs are so frequent, and the Wisconsin State Patrol prohibited tow trucks on the Interstate until about 11:30 a.m.
Drifting snow is the biggest problem, the shift commander said.

Isn't it more like... Stay off the Interstate once the snow starts falling until it's all melted?
