Suspect to enter plea in Packer home break-in
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — A plea hearing is scheduled Monday for one of the two men accused of burglarizing the home of Packers running back Noah Herron, who hit one of them over the head with a bedpost. Twenty-year-old Joel Mullin-Romo and 31-year-old Yeshua Tate are charged with two counts of being party to burglary. Mullin-Romo is scheduled for a plea hearing Monday morning in Brown County Circuit Court. Tate has asked that a different judge hear his case so his plea hearing will be scheduled later. A criminal complaint says they broke into Herron’s home May 30, and Herron defended himself by hitting Tate with a bedpost, sending the man to the hospital.

Mullin-Romo is Tony's half brother. He was looking for a Packer playbook.

Too bad there can't be a pro football player waiting with a bedpost in every house that gets burglarized. Those guys picked the wrong house.
