I am a distant cousin of Troy's. We were all informed right away. And as I said, we are distant relatives. Jazz1 did nothing wrong. As she said, if she had recieved the call, the family already knew.

If we were informed the family already knew. It was public knowledge on Sunday.

Jazz1: Thanks for the very sad update. My condolences go out to the boy's family and friends. I will keep them, Troy, and the driver in my prayers.

Troy was a student of my husband. We got a call this afternoon that he did not make it. Our prayers go out to his family and friends.
