Flood warning issued

The National Weather Service in Sullivan has issued a flood warning for the Rock River at Indianford from this afternoon until Sunday evening.

At 12:00 p.m. Friday, the stage was 14.95 feet. The river is rising to flood stage flood stage is 15.0 feet. Crest forecasts are not issued for this location.

The warning will remain in effect until the river falls below flood stage. At 15.0 feet, floodwaters affect homes and businesses near the river in the Indianford area.
