JANESVILLE—The Janesville Municipal Building front deck improvement project will require closing of the main entrance on Jackson Street starting today.
The present schedule requires this entrance to close for three weeks to complete the work. During that time period, the entrance to the Municipal Building will be from the north side of the building on Wall Street. Also during the project, the eastbound lane of Wall Street will be closed. In addition, there will be intermittent closure of the northbound lane of Jackson Street between Milwaukee and Wall streets during certain activities. The southbound lane and parking along Jackson Street will remain open during the period. For more information on the project, call the engineering division at (608) 755-3160.
