Delavan men arrested after search warrant
A search warrant at 1205 Whispering Pines Drive Monday morning led to the arrest of two men for drug-related charges.
According to the city of Delavan Police Department, Hector Manuel Flores, 24, and Alberto Vazquez-Juarez, 30, were arrested and confined to the Walworth County Jail.
Flores faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a news release issued by the department.
Vazquez-Juarez faces charges of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The warrant, the 37th drug warrant in three years for the city, led to the recovery of an undisclosed amount of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and powder cocaine, according to the department.
Flores and Vazquez-Juarez were both in the home at the time of the 10:45 a.m. search.
The Walworth County Drug Unit and the Lake Geneva Police Department assisted with the raid.
