Beloit police arrested two suspects in a residential burglary Wednesday afternoon. Captain Bill Tyler says the two were caught in, or fleeing from a residence in the 1900 block of Post Drive. Tyler says police were notified of a possible burglary in progress by an alert citizen. The names of the suspects haven't been released yet because Tyler says there may be others involved, and the investigation is continuing. Tyler says the men are also suspects in as many as 15 to 20 other residential burglaries in the stateline area.
