Walworth County will host a major murder trial starting Jan. 3.

A Kenosha County judge ordered the trial for Mark Jensen be held in Elkhorn because the attention the case has received would make it difficult to find an impartial jury in Kenosha County.

Jensen is suspected of poisoning his former wife. His defense has been she killed herself to frame him because she found out he was having an affair.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today published a story on the background of the case. Read it here.

printing this story here is not going to help walworth county finding impartial jury! What i don't understand is why wasn't the list of items she found her husband having enough for her to call the police to investigate before anything happened? If I were her, I'd move out or get an order of protection. This is too weird.
