UnitedHealthcare, Mercy sign new agreement

UnitedHealthcare, a United Health Group company, and Mercy Health System reached a new, multi-year agreement.

UnitedHealthcare commercial health plan members will now have access to Mercy Hospital Janesville, Mercy Walworth Hospital and Mercy Health System clinics and medical centers in Wisconsin.

The new agreement, effective Jan. 1, 2008, expands UnitedHealthcare’s extensive network of more than 12,000 physicians and nearly 120 hospitals throughout Wisconsin.
