City to remove snow downtown

In an effort to keep up with recent snowfalls, city of Janesville crews will remove snow from downtown streets beginning at 10 p.m. Sunday.

Crews will start clearing midblock portions of Milwaukee Street, Main Street and North Parker Drive beginning at 4 a.m. Thursday.

Downtown businesses are encouraged to remove snow and ice from their sidewalks as best they can before Sunday evening.
