Walworth County Judge Robert Kennedy found enough evidence Tuesday after a preliminary hearing to continue the murder case against Jason H. Andritsch.

Andritsch, 25, of 2178 Clark St., No. 7, East Troy, will have an arraignment on Dec. 20.

He is suspected of shaking his 3-week-old infant daughter, Naomi, on Oct. 7. She died Oct. 13, one month after her birthday, of abusive head trauma, a doctor testified at his preliminary hearing.

The girl’s mother had only let her daughter out of her sight for a few moments when she dumped the bath water outside the apartment. Moments later, the baby became lifeless in Andritsch’s arms, according to testimony.

Andritsch faces up to 80 years in prison if convicted of first-degree reckless homicide and child abuse.
