No need to turn on SportsCenter

I'll admit it, I fell asleep right after halftime. Yes, it was the Packers on Monday Night but I still have a sleep schedule to stick too. My morning schedule usually includes a bit of Sportscenter before the local and national news. Today, Facebook said it all. The Packers lost.

Sure it was controversial, and the name calling was on every other post. A friend reminded us that we should be thankful it's not a soccer game. If we were in other parts of the world buildings may be burning and the refs? I don't think they'd be around to see another game.

Ah, a game. At the end of the day it's just a game. The world still went on after the Broncos beat the Pack in the Super Bowl in the late 90s and the loss to the Giants last year did not adjust the Mayan calendar.

I view it as a game. Am I a fan? Sure. Am I going to let this loss alter my daily living? Nope.
