Name the artist!

On Wednesday, June 1, the Janesville Performing Arts Center will announce the performer for next year’s big fundraising concert.

Past acts have included Donny Osmond, Mary Wilson of the Supremes, and Tony Bennett.

Who will the next act be?

Emily Gruenewald, JPAC executive director offered these hints:

He's written 13 No. 1 hits.
He appeared on the Rachael Ray show earlier this month.
He once had some very famous hair.
He's written music for Josh Groban, Keith Urban and N'Sync.

Any guesses?
