Why don't we deal with these pinheads that text while driving as harshly as we do drunk drivers?!?!?!?!?!?

The city nor anyone has a proactive approach on drunk driving. Why would they with the money they generate off the fines? Yet a few people complain about crossing a street and we're ready to build tunnels under roads.

I just can't wrap my head around people who drink and drive anymore. All the taxpayer money that has gone into education, traffic safty courses, all the adds and just the horror stories should be enough to make one not drive after drinking. The fines alone would scare the crap out of me. I thank God He gave me self control.
One can of Bud light? I hope they catch the person just to make a point.
Thank you Ted. What a guy....
