We were just in court and having lawyers that were to worried about who's up for election gave us a not so fair outcome. Nobody wanted to upset anyone who could potentially vote them "Unqualified". I say we vote "Other" and get someone who wants to work for their clients and does not care who pisses who off. Guardian's included.

I just read that Green county, the no-kill animal shelter gives cats to farms. Yes gives them away free. These cats are fixed so they will not reproduce. Rock county sells theirs for how much? and let me tell you , they dont make it easy to adopt. Make it affordable and easy to fix these animals its not that expensive. My parents had their cats fixed for $5.00 a piece up north at a fix your cat day event. If they can do it why cant Rock county.

Im concerned that we NEED to adjust to living with them. If skunks threatened to move in and take over what would we do? Adjust to them stinking up the place? Coyotes kill more than just dogs and cats. They can and will attack anything for food including your children. They are getting out of control in the country area's, thats why they are venturing in.... We need to act on this not adjust to it...

emac, Im right there with ya. I also wish I could take all the ignorant parents who fight to keep their children's fathers out of their lives out of spite and show them what can happen to kids that grow up without fathers.

I hope everyone feels the way you do but unfortunately I think these days Mercy's top priority is to compete with the new hospital. Like you said, Do we remember the new paint or flat screen tv. Or do we remember the way the doctors and nurses made us feel important in their busy schedules?
