On Rock County Christian students post above average test scores

One of the Milwaukee grade schools declared May 24th as "Gender Bender Day". After some of the complaints, they changed the name to "Switch it Up Day". Some of the parents objected to sending students (7 year old students) to school dressed as the opposite sex.
I wonder who came up with that bright idea?
