Keep up the good work Governor Walker. The silent majority is behind you and support your efforts to stand up for the taxpayer. I've already made my anti-recall donation.

Our current weak economy is a fact of life, whether we like it or not. Families across the country have had to tighten their belts. Companies across the country have had to tighten their belts. State and local governments across the country have had to tighten their belts. Why do teachers think their schools should be immune to the reality everyone else has already been facing?

Why am I not surprised by this? A very small percentage of working Americans belong to a union. That fact is obviously very hard for union bosses to accept.

It certainly seems like Mr. Shaikh was targeted. The Milton City Council committee's argument makes no sense to me and I'm sure others are left scratching their heads too. Milton 'officials' are big fish in a small pond and it sounds like they are inflating their power and importance ... typical small town politics.

The voters of Wisconsin have spoken . . . again. Governor Walker, be strong and keep fighting for the taxpayers and job seekers of our state. Keep showing the rest of the country how to balance a budget, control spending and taxes and encourage business to relocate here. Washington, are you watching?

I don't mind being called a sissy - as long as I'm cool. Our other house in Wisconsin did not have A/C and we spent so much time over four years at the mall, movies, restaurants, etc., we might as well have put it in. We moved just as we were getting estimates together to have it put in. When we moved back and built our house, it was a no-brainer - put in that A/C! Try selling a house without central air - especially in the summer!
