I am currently putting my last day in at my job. I am unfortunatly being laid off after today. Is there a program out there for me, even though I didn't work at those big companies???? I don't know what to do, I don't know if I can even collect unemployment with only working part time. What is out there for the individual who did not work for these big companies???

My neice was part of the band and watched from Buffalo wild wings. She was so excited when she called after the game and enjoyed it in the warm restaurant. I'm glad she is alive and safe, but it could have been a different story had they not turned back.

How tough is it when you can drink and drive 3 times before you even get more than a slap on the wrist??!! Make it a felony the first or second time, then maybe some of these drunks would be off the road and not killing others!!

If all those people who attended this stupid "climate conference" really cared about the earth they would have made it a conference withthe computer. Instead they each all flew a huge airplane there and sat around talking (imagine all that hot air in one room!!) None of them live like they care anything about this planet especially Al Gore. He has a huge mansion with only he and his wife living in it! He has his own plane and probably 20 cars that are not electric!!! What a bunch of hooey!!!

I also think that Obama must owe somebody in his home state. Why choose Il?? Why not California where they are broke. It would generate some much needed money and jobs. I wonder who he owes????

Since i am now officially laid off from my job I wish I had a 30 and out!!! I'm a long way from retirement but not young anymore either. Be grateful if you are gainfully employed, you don't know how long it will last. No I didn't work for GM or any of the others who get free school and lots of unemployment. I worked for a small local company that couldn't afford me, their one and only employee,anymore:(
