I don't think a federal judge will find it illegal when the courts ruled it legal in 1978 when it was stopped for all federal employees by a Democratic President. Even FDR said collective bargaining has no place it the private sector.

it is a human being thing? You got to be kidding. This is 100% union and nothing else. If they lose they are afraid it will spread to the private sector unions. This could spell the end of the unions controlling business, which by the way would make the country a better place.
