On Elkhorn looking to correct sewer problems
Posted on March 12 at 2:35 p.m. ( Suggest removal )
I would just like to add that the DNR doesnt have all the dates that the City of Elkhorn has pumped sanitary sewer into Jackson Creek/Delavan Lake and storm sewers. I would hope that he Town of Delavan would want to make sure the DNR does a thorough investigation. I am aware that the City discharges sanitary waste on a yearly basis. sometimes more than 1 time a year. This has been happenning since prior to the dates they indicated. It has been going for years. I strongly suggest that an investigation regarding questioning current and former City Employees be done. Without interferrence from their Directors and Administrator! It's time the DNR opens thier eyes. No matter how much the Town of Delavan spends to clean up the lake. The City of Elkhorn will be happy to keep discharging into it since they have nothing to loose. Why not dump it into their Elkhorn Lake...that would be out of the question i'm sure! The key is interview the employees!
