On CB&K of Janesville lays off 29 workers

Posted on February 3 at 3:45 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

I am one of those layed off by CB&K, GM was a big customer, but not big enough to do this to us. This is directly related to the housing & construction industries. It would be nice to be called back sometime soon, but in this line of work when you do something like this your competetors will swoop in like vultures and grab all of your customers. CB&K will never recover from this one. We will not be brought back. Oh well, we're certainly not the only ones experiencing this problem in Janesville. We're all in this together.

On Doctors testify in homicide case

Because our liberal, wusified state doesn't believe in punishing criminals proportionately to their crimes, at least put them BOTH away for life with NO possibility of release (save in a body bag).

On Woman claims husband enjoyed abusing twin sons

This crap makes me sick! I cannot understand the limp wristed cowards that don't believe in the death penalty. An eye for an eye! This child had rights and those rights were stolen from him. The person responsible for his death must pay with his/her life. If a spouse knew what was going on and did nothing about it, they too must be executed. I don't care what anyone tries to say, there can be NO true justice any other way. That is an indisputable fact. For anyone who harms a child the punishment must be swift and extremely severe! All heinous crimes must be punished with at least an equal level of force, but all crimes against women and children must be met with a level of severity that is above and beyond what would normally be considered harsh. Or, the State could save the money and just give me 5 minutes with the guilty party.

On Walworth County deputies cleared in shooting

Hallelujah! These Deputies are heroes, they very likely saved this child's life. Any man willing to beat a woman and point a gun at a child is too violent and dangerous to be allowed to be free or alive. Difficult as it may have been for them, they did the right thing.
