I have no desire to remove my muffler and make illegal noise but there are a couple other laws and ordinances I would like to break and keep breaking without penalty.........Where can I get my lawbreaking permit for under a hundred bucks?

oneheck- I didn't say "you" allow the illegal removal of mufflers, just that it seems to be "allowed"....Anything that is illegal and no one gets ticketed or hassled for it is, by definition, "allowed".
Now that that is cleared up we can get to my previous questions and why it is you don't oppose and even seem to advocate for this illegal activity for some and not for others.

oneheck- You call my question ignorant, but how ignorant is it to justify allowing some people to break the law and irritate other people who pay millions in property taxes by removing mufflers?
I asked you once before, what do you think things would be like if everyone removed their mufflers from their cars?.....and you said they shouldn't be able to...What?..you think some people are better than others that they should get away with things and others can't?

I think it's the law that a car "sound system" not be audible outside the car and that all vehicles are to have mufflers...Now, I'm not against replacing stock mufflers with other ones or hearing a radio 10 feet from a car but how did this insanity get to this point?

oneheck- It doesn't matter what YOU think about taxpaying homeowners describing the illegal noise as "constant", what matters is that they perceive it as so......It is far far beyond ridiculous that a homeowner paying thousands of dollars annually in property taxes has to put up with ILLEGAL, LOUD noise AT ALL.

If it were a fellow homeowner causing some kind of illegal or ordinance infraction it would be dealt with, but somehow some people get passes on their lawbreaking.
..
Funny how someone can be made to clean up their yard and mow the grass(they should be), but the same entities can't "clean up" the noise for THEM.....
Must be great paying those property taxes to put up with that.
