I'd choose Beloit over Mercy anyday. Mercy is the worst hospital around. In an emergency, I'd rather die on the way to Beloit or Madison than go to Mercy just to have them kill me anyway.

She has regular Cheerios in the cart because that's probably what her WIC check allows her to have. WIC is very particular about the brands/sizes you can get.

How do you know he doesn't work? Maybe this picture was taken during the day and he works nights. Maybe this picture was taken on his day off. Maybe this picture was taken when he had already gotten off of work for the day.

I think the 22 year old is supposed to say 22 MONTH old. Pretty sure a 22 year old wouldn't have to adjust to different milk.

Extended rear--facing carseats don't have to be expensive and it's a little expense worth your child's life. I guarantee a funeral is a lot more expensive than a carseat that could save your child's life.
Also I would keep a child in a 5 pt. harness for as long as possible. You can get a Graco Nautilus at Walmart for $150 and it's the only seat the child will ever need once they are forward facing. It's 5 pt. harness untill 65 lbs. and turns into a booster. It's much safer than a booster seat.

Well the owner of Hanson's son just passed away, maybe that's why it took so long to tend to the apartment upstairs. He was a little busy planning a funeral and grieving. Jeez, people, you're so quick to put blame on people when you don't even know the facts.
