Why worry about who was or was not paying attention. How about the fact that the truck was the one who ran the stop sign, hit the Speich's vechicle, KILLED someone and is only ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign!!!!

regardless, at least he has the rest of his life to think about it. I think he should think about it behind bars. HE KILLED SOMEONE!!! I hope it haunts him every single day!
