“reasonable patient standard” to a “reasonable physician standard.”
-------------------
This part scares me & should scare everybody. It basically removes liability from the doctor & medical facility & puts it all on the patient. This is another giveaway to the medical industry. The citizens will suffer.

So that's where part of our city's state tax refund went. Imagine that, refunds for unqualified companies. Go figure. Meanwhile cities across the state are raising taxes to cover their state subsidies (read refunds) that Walker & his cronies took away for these unqualified companies. I'm so glad he didn't (directly) raise taxes for everybody in the state!

Excellent example of the typical liberal mentality. We now have them considering government provided, taxpayer financed "free" food as a right and something that they are entitled to.
As far as your comment regarding small government is concerned, I agree with you there. The program shouldn't be micromanaged, it should be completely shut down. That would fall under your defition of promoting smaller government....no?
-------------------
These programs are nothing more than people getting back a little bit of what they payed in to help them through a hard time. This is the exact situation that the program was designed for. It has nothing to do with your money. I suppose you'll whine about social security until you're on it, then you'll whine that it isn't enough. Do you actually think most people like having to use these programs? They don't.

Sickening.
I like the pentagram idea though. It is a religious symbol & has nothing to do with what the wacky christians say it does.

Only companies should be paying a fee to fish. Private citizens should not.
