I think that justmy414 has it about right.
The more the government can control us, the closer they are to their goal. We are not the free country that we once were. The ONLY reason that Wisconsin has this new seatbelt law is because of the money that was given by the feds. Next the fines will go sky high for not wearing and they now have practically free rain over who they want to stop - They now have their legal right to so.
