On Why is your dog (or cat) loose?

Common sense and proper training would help a number of these issues. Profiling an animal by breed is naive on your part. You can find good and bad in all.

They will probably head to the MO side of the line as taxes are lower. As for the unions, can anyone say GM? Times have changed folks, ask the thousands who have lost their jobs already. You can either adjust your lifestyle or have it adjusted for you.

In a word, YES!. I have been preaching this for 20 years as I could see the train rolling. And....as long as I am on my soapbox.....support the local small businesses. When your high school team needs funds or a family is in need, everyone asks the local business to help out. Help them survive.....spend your money in their establishments.

In Europe, children learn to drink in moderation with their parents. In the US, we send kids to college where they learn to drink in excess. Second, true alcholism is a disease, which we need to provide adequate and understanding healthcare to cure. It is tragic on both sides of the table.

Have they considered a second story on the existing building? Doesn't seem like all options have even been considered.

I have donated to Lakeland Animal Shelter since 1981. My suggestion is to upgrade your website to spurn adoptions and fundraising. I will gladly give money to this cause (watch for me to show up this week)as I have adopted dogs since 1981. I feel that a "mutt" has added dimension to my personality and made my existance that much more meaningful. I encourage all Walworth County residents to give any spare change, dollars or checks to this cause.
