On One killed in crash at 11 and 213

Not only is there red flashing lights, there is rumble strips on the road alerting people to slow down. That is a horrible intersection. My mom and I were almost killed by someone who ran the stop sign on hwy 11. He never slowed down at all. I think the speed limit needs to be lowered. Its 55 right up until the stop sign on hwy 11 both directions. My sympathies to the family.
