I work at the JVL mall and Andy would come up there every morning with his grandmother and sit and do his needle craft. the place i work in serves the coffee for the mall walkers and he would come there also. Sure ppl would think he is strange, and i have to admit i have gotten into a few tiffs with him . Because his disorders would make him more argumentive with ppl. My heart does go out to his family, even though we had tiffs i wouldn't wish harm on anyone. So find it in your hearts not to Slam him for doing what he did and have some compassion

To defend myself i am not a KID. I was getting ready to leave work(at the mall) and just happened to have to wait outside where my car was blocked in by the JVL PD cars. I was able to hear a bit of what went on. The fight started out somewhere else and was carried over to the mall. I wasn't the only person there to see or hear this. Maybe if the gazette reporters were reporting on local stuff they would have been there also.

Isn't Waupun up by GreenBay? why is it in our local paper? Why don't they report on the fight that almost took place at the mall with a knife involved...That's more local then this story.

That's ALL????? what kind of message does this send to other DRUGGIES? It's ok to to go buy drugs instead of taking your child to get medical attention... 1 year in the slammer..Testify the truth? How can he remember the truth his judgment was impaired trying to get his next fix. I hope these 2 will never have another child that they can put in harms way...

Hang in there Parents of Gracie....I am glad she is safe, Some of the rude comments that are made are by ppl that must have issues them selves Look at this way on a brighter note she will have a great story to tell her kids on there 1st day of school...

My Kids ride the bus to go to Evansville and the buses have animals in the window and when they were younger the teachers walked them out with a note pad to tell them what bus to go to the first few weeks of school.

That's fine and dandy for the youth that would use this but can't the City find something better to do with all that money.. Like maybe Fixing Roads that need it or perhaps Cleaning up some Neighborhoods that are looking pretty shabby,Schools that need remodeling, Or maybe Donate some tornado Sirens for those who live out in the Country???? Our little township of Center doesn't have one and we can't hear the city ones....I can think of Better things to do with the millions....Then throw it away on a sports Complex that is only used 3 months or so a year...
