Sidewalks on the side nearest to a school so children have a 'clear path' to school if they choose to walk. While both sides is ideal, it is not necessary in low-traffic, residential areas.

Badger - I think we saw everyone of those guys at the All Star Old Timers game at Comisky, 1983. I still have the photo with all of us outside the park. I'll never forget it. Remember my Dad having a foul ball smack off his palm? BP with the all stars afterwards? Good times old neighbor :-)

I remember standing in line for a Gumby autograph at JC Penny and he left before I made it to the front. The consolation was a Randy Ready autograph a while later at Penny's (no line).

I also scored Pauly's autograph at the Janesville Shopko grand opening.

The easiest and most friendly short-term Brewer for autographs and conversation (in my opinion) was Kevin Seitzer. Royal rookie of the year and overall good guy.

I'm getting old :-)
