What another TAX? Kathy Voskuil, Russ Steeber, Yuri Rashkin and Deb Dongarra-Adams voting in favor.. Do you people realize that wages and jobs are no longer here as before... Wages, cut.. Jobs, Cut..... Everyone is taking LESS.. Yet the city manager wants to keep all the services... Lets try this.. Until things get better... The city cuts services... and JOBS.. and Wages.. Just like the rest of the people... You don't get more...YOU TAKE LESS... Well, come election time.. I think those above will find they no longer have a council job... Common sense should rule the day.. NOT HERE... It's all about bonuses and raises...

Our State Gov as well as the Federal Gov??
The Demo's are good at saying they didn't do this yet "they" are the ones in control. Same in the Federal Gov. Obama says we didn't do this yet he was one of them in control of the house and senate for the last 2 yrs of Bush. Don't stand there and lie to us and expect us to take this much longer. The progressive liberal left has done waaaay to much damage here. Time to clean house.

When companies,and the public blame the worker. The complete system fails. All these people out there saying the Unions have done this. Well that is only the tip of the problem. When wages are cut in one area,tax dollars have to come from another area. So all of you that are making less,because thats the job you chose. Your taxes on your income is going to rise. The Gov is going to take the money from someplace. Guess what your it!!!
All these people who don't make the money, also don't want others to make anymore. Thats a "social" form of Gov being suggested. The less one gets, the less all will have. But of course you in the "SOCIAL" form don't get that! So when your taxes go up,look in the mirror! Your more to blame than any UNION Worker!

If everyone in the State of Wisconsin quit smoking, those who don't smoke would be screaming about their taxes. Plus you'd see the Gov standing outside the schools handing out free cig's. They talk a great game but in the end the TAX REVENUE is much great than their voice. Don't believe it? Ask them.

I tried that was told the quota was filled for helping out. Also tried for 2 yrs to get into the farmers market was told they had enough corn and tomatoes,ect. So I called Beloit and guess what,they made room. Thanks for your help.

This hasn't anything to do with quality or service, or looking good. It's all about free enterprise,and rights. If you don't look good or your product isn't good you will reap what you sow. Thats the way life works. I'm surprised your not making a play to move the poor out of the area because it "DON'T LOOK GOOD" Facts are facts. LET YOUR PRODUCT DO THE TALKING.

Limits? Quota's? in a farmers market?
Come one,come all. Let their product speak for them. If you have a good product,market it correctly it will sell. This business of protecting anothers business is out of line.
I understand this business very well, been around it my whole life. I've been to the Beloit Farmers Market and Wow!! The difference a few miles make. You have so many vendors there you can't count em. But whats nice about them is they all have something differnet. One Veggie Farmer will have a different type of Corn,one has differnet types of peppers,or beans. To lock the public into a quota is wrong! You can have 30 veggie farmers and all have on the surface the same thing. Yet all are very different. It's the same with all goods. Just think it's a farmers market and this all started over "CUPCAKES"

Well, it's finally come to a head with the "FARMERS MARKET" I've always heard about it "THE PROTECTION OF THE VENDOR" but never in my life have I seen it like this.
1. The right to free enterprise is challenged.
2. Board members Renee Dommershausen and Bryan Meyer stood behind Huber during an interview last week. If this is the same Bryan Meyer who runs MEYERS MARKET,Id say Bryan,thats not the way to do business,and YOU KNOW IT! Shame on you! If your product is good people will buy it! This is not put together to protect one from another! Let your PRODUCT reflect your sales! This "CUT THROAT BUSINESS" STOPS!
