That’s got to be the funniest thing I have heard in a long time 4_2level. Don’t know what meetings your attending, but you need to get a clue. You want to talk lies? The DeVoy debacle was all lies from day 1. You need to research it a little more and see how many times the Fab 4 have lied. Just recently neighbors have come to tell me that PP was going door to door telling everyone that HB if elected was going to bring back DeVoy. Well guess what? It’s my understanding even if she wanted to, she couldn’t. And do you really think DeVoy would return to the joke of the county called Darien? So here we go, another 2 years of lies open meeting violations and complete corruption. (PP saying,” I have nothing to report”) Watch your taxes and water bills skyrocket and the employees of the Village flourish in pay raises. I have a list of all the lies before, after and during the time I sat on the board if you ever want to see it. So just keep living in your fantasyland and believe that these people are here to help the village. The only thing they want is personal gain. Something to do other than watch Soap Opera’s all day.

Lets see, 3 of them have sat on the board forever. The Village is on the verge of backrupcy. Spend , spend, spend money on everything but our personal protection. Oh hell lets just elect them again and see how deep the hole really goes that they have gotten us in. They can always raise your taxes and water bills to cover their fruitfull spending on idiotic things. Atleast JA is finally thinking about fixing the sewer lines, although its about 5 years to late. We had to have a good old fashion witch hunt before that could happen.

Copper guy doesn't it also state that the VP makes an Appointment and has to be voted on by the board? 4-2,4-2,4-2,4-2 etc.etc. Or can any trustee make a suggestion and then vote.
It should be the next person in the votes should get the position, but that would be to simple.

And I beleive the contract also stated that after 6 months the $5,000 raise was expected after a evaluation. Which EE tried to give but the Fab Four voted, guess what, 4-2.

I agree we needed a Library. But we did not not need a Taj Mahal. No planning went into what the costs would be after it was built. (overhead)It seams they set their own hours too. My son has gone there on a Friday after school and they where closed.

Got nothing to do with DeVoy lovers. This Village was run into the ground way before the DeVoy issue surfaced. Raise after Raise, and to people that where not deserving. The Taj Mahal of a Library that no one visits. The TIF district, that know one wants to build in, because Pelechek needs to profit so great from it. Letting the Union come in to represent the Public Works. Hiring Attorneys that they can control but know nothing about labor law? Hiring attorneys that I heard where caught double dipping and resigned. And if you notice they are the few that have Danz signs in their yard. Maybe if he gets elected they can have as many open meeting Violations they want. But yet they have no problem spending $300,000+ on dismissing an employee that caught them doing illegal activities. Should DeVoy have been punished, probably yes, but to have his 25-year career ruined, I don’t think so. You should probably get more involved and talk to both sides before pointing your finger at anyone. I have sat up there, seen what is going on, and I am disgusted by it.
And you are Accusing EE and DO of causing this? Come out from hiding and talk to people other than the crooked ones and then see if you are still venomous and cruel. You know who I am and I don’t hide behind a fictitious name. Prove me wrong!!!! Sounds like you are getting your information from crooked ones. Move on!!

Dariengal, You are way out of line. Here you are accusing people that are using fictitious names (like you) of being some one they aren’t. Maybe you should just start using your real name so everyone can see who you really are. You sound a lot like a lady that sits on the board herself aka: CK. Very venomous and cruel. Haven’t figured out what you have to gain from slandering and be-littleing people yet, but your true lights will shine soon enough I am sure.
And I am glad to see MD leaving our Village. What has he done for us at $55,000+ /year? In my opinion he should have put a stop to all the bickering and stood up to the Fabulous Four. And tried to make the Board a team. Stopped the waste-full spending and try to find grants and help the Village prosper. Instead he has only been a political puppet for Zipp and friends to get what they want. I would like to know how many open meetings occurred under his watch?

In my opinion they have open meetings Violations everyday. Some of the things they are coming up with can only happen with a quorum. They just haven’t been caught yet, AGAIN. Drive by the Village hall and see RW and PP in there. And tell me they don’t also have KZ and CK on the phone. Watch the Village attorney bills EE and DO that is usually a good clue of when they are doing shady things. And Document everything!!!!!

Show me one agenda that is posted correctly as you say, and I bet I find a flaw. You’re giving this guy way to much credit. Look who he was tutored by, with taxpayer’s money. And its not considered a meeting until EE calls it to order.
