There is no question that Bill Chesen is an expert on “bad behavior’ as his history will attest. When Mr. Chesen was suspended from the Narcotics Division of the Racine Police Department for failing to inventory stolen contraband, for falsifying evidence, and for failing to follow department rules, he hired Attorney Robert Weber to represent him.
