Again I say. Why not a toll system? Is there some real reason why after all theses years that this interstate highway that goes through our State and through Janesville, does not have a toll system. I'd rather pay toll than pay higher Taxes!

I last week drove the still under construction Il.toll way. Is it very nice after leaving the construction area. Six lanes all the way into Rockford,that being all the further I went.This State still wants to put off constructing Six lanes, from the State line to Madison once again. Why doesn't the State of Wi. have a toll system?Pay higher taxes instead!

I myself do carry from time to time. I carry a Military 19-11-.45cal. The reason I bought that type,was because I been told that it has great stopping power.I see the world not getting better,but getting worse.Just see the news today and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I myself had written to the government powers here in Wisconsin pertaining to this very subject matter(Toll).At that time they didn't feel it was a good idea.That time period the valume of traffice was being monitored. What a revenue that is being lost every hour of the day.Our State could become debet free. All with the toll road. Other State are doing it!

Can't this city manager stop spending our money? Why do we need a buisness park at 1.5 million? There is already one south of Janesville with RailRoad access already these buildings are alread built,just waiting to be taken access. Have you driven down river street lately? Have you looked at your new tax statements?School board wants more. Where does it all end. I live on a fixed income,and every new tax increase takes more,and more where I won't be left with anything,because this city of Janesville is like a bottom less pit. I think it's time to clean house, and get some board member who think of it's citizens,and not keeping up with other cities.

I travel the Wisconsin interstate alot. I wouldn't be inconvenice by a Toll System over higher taxes. This is the reason why the interstate isn't being completed. Where is all the money that we are being charge at the gas pump going?To get on the interstate at the boarder of Wi. and Il.it will now cost you $1.90 enwitch was just $1.00 befor the new construction had been started in thier state. This is how well manage State pays for thier new roads. Governor Walker says it's an inconvenice for the Wisonsin public,but it's okay to keep raise taxes on the Wisconsin public.Look at the revenue that is being lost, because this state does not have a toll system.
