On Should the Janesville City Council support construction of a new ice arena or spend money on the existing arena?

The Ice Arena was built in 1978 and needs much improvement! Several families use the Rink. To put 1.5 Million into A rink that old makes no sense. Build a new rink! The Jets will not be flying out of town any time soon either.
