it is not the longer season they are complaining about...they are just worried that since the plants/trees have started to come out their winter dormancy about a month early this year they are in danger of dying if we get a hard frost in the near future when temps return to normal levels.

there was only 1 third party arbitrator. 1 member of the panel is from the players union who always votes in favor of the player, 1 member is from mlb and always votes in favor of the league..so the cases are always decided by the 1 member of the panel not associated with mlb which is Shyam Das

the reasoning to sign more than once....
someone who is Anti-Recall prints out an official recall petition. gathers signatures and then tosses it in the trash. Now everyone who signed it will not sign again because they already signed a petition. since its not very difficult to get your own petition it would be easy for those who are anti-recall to cut down on the number of signatures that get turned into the GAB. There is nothing illegal or fraudulent in signing more than once. All duplicates should be removed before the petitions are submitted, or they can be challenged after submitted.

it doesn't matter what state they live in, if they work at the plant in Beloit they will pay Wisconsin income tax, not Illinois income tax.
