Hum a lot of these posters are first time posters. Just registered today and they sure seem to know a lot of inside stuff. Could this be personal? Just thought I would bring that to the attention of other posters. I do not know any of these people involved in this. I can just go from what I read.

After reading the article it seems like there is nothing to the lawsuits. Things said that weren't even said in the workplace. A woman who is strong willed that makes for a hostile environment. And the sexual harassment that took place wasn't even from an employee. You going to need a strong personality in that position that was a mess before Keach got there. If you have that big of problem with your superiors then talk to them and work it out. Lawsuits are just a total waste of taxpayers money especially with petty suits like this one looks like. I would like to see more reporting done on this from all angles. And if it really isn't about money then why a lawsuit?

If smoking is so bad for you and the Government wants to "protect" us from the harmful effects of it. They should just outlaw the use of tabbacco. Not some stupid "ban" on smoking. Cars produce way more harmful chemicals into the "your" clean air. I hope you don't drive a car. It's just more control for the Government that isn't needed.
