Pandora-you are right. I am sorry about attacking you. I meant everything I said, just didn't mean it towards you. sorry. Thank you for not attacking me right back. Like I said, I'm embarrassed, but maybe I shouldn't be. American is made up of hard working people, our government on the other hand.... and everything else that is bringing our economy down. Like I said, I am very sorry. Maybe I am a fool to want to run, cuz a stronger person would fight. We need to keep our jobs here because, hell, we produce better quality. It just that I'm afraid our government and the rich will run our country right down. You blog did not say, "how great you were", it was just the way you talked about your job. You have loyalties, rare for today. I was just pointing out that others may not have the same loyalties as you. But you know that. A loyal employee should have a loyal employer. On Rock County child abuse cases on the rise

OMG- it is not on the rise-it has always been there. What's happening is the authorities are starting to figure out who's abused and who is not. When someone reports abuse, either themself or someone else, they are emotional unstable. They are upset and emotional distrait. They are mad, angry and hurt. These are their feelings, rightfully so. Then the abuser is interviewed, this person is calm and have it together (they probably had some time).
In my opinion, it's all about who can keep it together in an interview.
If my daughter was raped and I screamed and yelled and cried about my pain (and hers) and threathen to take the person's life-I would be in trouble. If the alleged assailant said no it was what she wanted. She agreed to it. I would have no case. Unless I would pursue it further.
My point: I have seen this many times, when a person calls in an abuse, they are emotional not right. It is assumed that they are not stable. But what CPS doesn't understand is that "who would be stable when needing to call something like this in?"
I'm seriously passionate about this, please respect my blog. I worked at a place where a mother came in saying something is wrong with my baby whenever "it" goes on visitation. (welfare mom, which doesn't hold wait with CPS) I agreed. Something was wrong with the eyes. After being looked at, "authorities" said Nope, baby was okay, mom was just weird. Baby died a fews days later is another's care. Dammit she knew it!! but Court ordered visitation killed that baby. Another, mom pleaded with the courts no visitation because the dad abuses the child. Nope visitation was ordered because he has his rights. But apparently his privledge was to rape his child. And he did.
After alot of unnecessarily drama for the child visitation was "supervised" (r u kidding me?)
Where the child was punished by the dad verbally. The outcome of this story is yet known. Think about it, her father rapes her, not one cares, do you not think that someday she will think about shooting the courthouse apart and what does she care as far as she concerned she has no life anyway.
The problem with out Rock County CPS is that it's a "CLICK" and nobody wants to to any additional education on profiling an abuser or victim. That's my take and that's how I feel And I KNOW DAMN well I could do better. I have education far beyond Social Workers and have applied, but it's who you know!!!!!

Pandora, you're a typical American. Companies all the time hire illegal aliens. Why not? Step in their shoes. They are competing with foreign outsourcing. These aliens will work for cheap. In their minds they want to keep their business in the area, for all the right reasons. But the competition is steep. So don’t blame your employer and don’t blame the people that are aware of it. I understand your loyalties to your employer, but there is so much more. Do some investigation. Just because some employee says, “no problem,” or “I understand” doesn’t mean they are producing the product you want. They just figured out enough English to make “you” feel they understood. Who’s the fool? Look at all the problems with dealing with other countries. You are so not knowing, please research doing business with other countries.
I am very embarrassed right not to be an American. We are so behind so much stuff. All because we were all about ourselves.
Your blog states how great you were, that is good. But today, we need to figure out how to be better than the others, not just sit on the fact that we are great.
You remind me of someone who made a great touchdown in his college years and has done nothing else. WE need to grow and continue to compete.
Please understand, I’m not confrontational, do your research. Then Move out of the country!!!!
OR rethink what America really means.
