If the Gazette wants to cut costs; drop the TV guide portion (which is free), the messenger (which is free and has the same articles as The Gazette), and the marketplace that they give out to non-subscribing people (for free)!

What is a "snow emergency" in J-ville??
Do the police EVER issue a citation for anyone parked on the steet during a "snow emergency"!
Do the police EVER issue a citation for anyone that does not clear their sidewalks during a "snow emergency"; or any other time!!
Countless times, I have seen the police slowly drive by cars parked in the streets and do nothing, nothing!!!!
People see this, so nobody cares and they continue to park in the street and not clear their sidewalks!!!!!!

Why do so many people have issues with such good, simple events/issues?
Do you not think the kids learn anything from this experience?
Do people just need to find something to complain about?

Have you ever attended a science fair, or even heard of one? Some kids actually like science; and do the work. Sure they get help, but most do the majority of the work and understand the principals.
Not all kids live in a pineapple under the sea! Get out of the Crusty Crab, attend a science fair, and actually talk to these kids! You will be pleasantly surprised.
