On Tub Run ready to roll through county for MDA

It really ticks me off when people have to complain about a group (Bikers) when all they are trying to do is help othrs. H-D dealers all over the country do these types of rides to raise money for MDA. H-D dealers raise a lot of money for this organization. They also do rides for other charities. I ride and I will be there to help this cause especially because it hits close to home. My wife has family members that have MD. When I see a small child bound to a wheelchair because of this disease or any other reason, it really breaks my heart. So, this is one of our ways of helping to stop this disease. Also,this ride is open to all bikes, so it is not just Harley Davidsons that will be there. Kutter's H-D is usually one of the top 5 in the nation for raising money for MDA. Those people at Kutter's are awesome and so are all of the people that ride and help our for this cause and any other charity. GO Riders!!! IMO, it also seems to me that maybe some people should grow up and think of others instead of themselves. And one more thing, Kutter's is also doing quite a bit for our local troops that have been sent to Iraq. I will feel proud to wear a Tub Run T-shirt with the 132nd BSB Alpha co. logo on it.

babsjvl, Your comment calling motorcyclists idiots shows how ignorant you are. Now I know that there are some out there that I would call idiots, whether they are riding a motorcycle or driving any other vehicle, but to lump us all together is wrong. I ride and I respect the law. Am I perfect? No, nobody is. But I have never caused an accident like this person did and then fled. This man should have never been on the road in the first place. If he would not have been where he was, this accident would not have happened.

My best friend happens to be the 1SG of the A-CO. I am very proud of 1SG and his soldiers. My family and I will be here for him and his family for anything they may need. We may not all agree with this war, or any war for that matter. But we should atleast be proud of and support our troops for doing what they do. If it were not for these brave men and women and men and women of past wars, we would not have the freedoms we have today. So, to all those men and women serving our country, I give a LOUD AND PROUD, HOOAH!!!!!!!!!! Stay Safe 1SG and the rest of the soldiers also.

When I read stories like this, I think of all the ways I could punish these people and it would not be quick and painless either. The longer it takes and the more pain the better for people like this. I have four kids, all grown and have kids of their own (8 grandkids) for me. I would do anything and everything I could to protect them all.

They must do like our schoold district does. The first two days they do not make up, the third day they do and the fourth they don't. I am not sure why they do it this way, it doesn't make sense to me.

I ride every chance I get. I also do not understand these people that drink and ride. We ride in a few charity rides like the Tub run and the Freedom ride. We always take my wifes van with, so when we go to the party after the ride, we take the bikes back to the motel and take the van to the party and have a designated driver to get us back to the motel.
