I am an acquaitence of Kevin, as my former roommate and him dated. I was there when she got the call that Kevin was run down and left for dead at the side of the road. Kuenzi was a suspect from day one, as it was well known that he and Kevin had gotten into a fight at that party earlier that night. Due to what we heard was a botched investigation by the county, it was turned over to the state. Even though it had taken a little better than five years, I commend the person who finally had the courage to step forward, and hope that those at the party step forward and say whether they did argue earlier that night so maybe the charges could go to first degree intentional, and he gets what he has coming to him, and so that Kevins family as well as his former girlfriend can have some closure to what we all knew all along.....HE IS GUILTY

THATS JUST IT...THE "EVIDENCE" 20 YEARS AGO SAID HE DIDNT AND HE DID NOT....THE WHAT IF POSSIBILITY IS THERE....AND I AGREE, IF HE DID IT, FINE LET HIM ROT, BUT IF HE DIDNT AND CAN PROOVE SO, THE STATE HAS TO HEAR HIM OUT....IT IS GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT......

On Will the threat of the H1N1 virus change your work response to the flu this year?

those of us who stay home when LEGITAMETLY are sick get slammed by the employers (and yes I take a doctors note, cuz if im sick enough to miss work, im sick enough to see a doc) we are the people who get written up for not coming in, YET, the habitual people calling in with no excuse at least once a month dont even get a slap on the wrist....my question is.....
HOW ARE EMPLOYERS GOING TO BE WHEN AN EMPLOYEE GETS H1N1 AND CALLS IN? Something needs to be passed saying if you have a doctors note confirming this, IT NEEDS TO BE EXCUSED....how many agree with me

does it truly matter what he was in for? A person died in an accident, and I hope you are not going to say something stupid like "If it ws this crime or that crime then thats fine he is dead."
