I believe that it varies by individual town or maybe even county laws on quarantining an animal - even when it is up to date with its rabies vaccinations.

I don't care if it is teenagers stealing signs. If people could teach their children to respect other people's property and opinions the world would be better for it. All you are doing is raising a child that will become "an older 40ish bald man" doing the stealing. What a shame.

Sigma40 - You can find a sample ballot at vpa.wi.gov. You have to click on Look Up Voter Registration. After you locate your name and pull up your info there is a Sample Ballot link that you can open to view what will be on the ballot for Nov 2.
