WIslady and Fedup,
Where are you two parrots? Oh you must not be working on the weekends. I am sure you will fill the pages this week with hundreds of BS talking points but not answer either of the previos posts on this page.

Wislady,
I thought this whole union busting ordeal was because the state was broke? Well if the JEA offered money in exchange to have some say in the handbook wouldn't that help with the money issues until the contract expires?
"in exchange for influence on the future handbook"
Sorry, but that isn't how it works now.
Handbooks replace union contracts in Wisconsin schools"
Please do post an article from a newsource because you cannot form an opinion of your own and can only regurgitate the words of others in almost every single one of your post. It would be one thing if these articles you link had something to do with the topic at hand but most don't. Get a life. You are a loser that posts on this site thousands of times. Probably close to a hundred a day some days. you constantly complain about freeloader yet you sit on this site all day complaing while the whole time you are not working and too cheap to buy a paper. freeloader

For some reason the Gazette doesn't like this guy. Someone must be related to or have ties to another canidate. Sure are showing thier bias. You would think this was fox news considering how slanted they are. If not the teachers than Mcdonald I guess.

Teapartysal,
"As far as I am concerned, the Jvl teacher's union sliced their own throats when they did that. Its about time these whiney, spoiled, entitled, self-righteous prigs got dragged into the world the rest of us deal with daily."
Which part of the real world are you talking about? The part where I make enough money to own two properties in town to "have" to pay taxes on? Or the part of the real world where you rape people that can't afford a house of their own that pay you rent for a ghetto property? Or the part of the real world that actually look at facts about the timeline of the contract signing that you are oblivious too? You are a sorry old man that is out of touch with anything in the "real world". Go ahead and keep preaching the BS that this is in anyway the teachers fault.

Wislady,
Yep, better keep a closer eye on the teachers since some, very few, aren't great people. If I use your ignorant as hell stereo typing, then i guess your god walker must be a criminal as well. HMMMMMM..... http://www.gazettextra.com/weblogs/lates... See how smart you aren't? Must make you feel pretty stupid when people constantly, yes constantly make you look ignorant. All you can do is post links to articles and repeat B.S. from right wing media. Probably about time to change your screen name again.

Wader,
You are wrong. "The vast majority of the people who have signed these petitions are pushing self interests and not the interests of "The People" in the collective. They are mostly public service employees who were asked to contribute more....and thus they felt it in the pocket book a bit."
There are less than 400,000 public employees in Wisconsin and I would guess that maybe a quarter of those are police and fire, who were not asked to contribute. So you do the math. You obviously should do a little more research before drawing your conclusion in this debate and not base it on something you saw on fox news.

Maine,
"Only 12% of Wisconsin residents work in the pubic sector." That is exactly the point that is pissing people off in this state. Your savior is trying to balance the budget on the backs of 12%. And actually it is alot less than that because he excused police and fire for now because of the obvious potential fallout. That is ok to you? Those worthless overpaid, slob teachers should pay their fair share. " In the bleak fiscal landscape of our nation's future, public sector pay isn't really the problem. It's those benefits" Guess what, they pay taxes too, the same as you. Fair share would be everyone contributing to balance the budget. Not 8% of the population. Maybe people should be wondering why your benefits are going to crap while your bosses keep getting richer and richer and don't pay any taxes instead of trying to bring everyone down to the bottom. Stop believing everything you hear on Fox and try thinking for yourselves. Try to make lives better instead of trying to make them worse. It is so hypocritical of you to complain about the welfare democrats that just sit there and don't try to make their lives better, yet if you look in the mirror that is exactly what you are doing only worse. You are trying to make others worse while complaining because they have something you don't.

You are kidding me right? You think walker is looking out for construction unions? Maybe you missed the entire past year of walker catering to his rich buddies. Yes these rich buddies are the ones who hire your Union Contractors. Do you think walker and his buddies stand to make any more money using union contractors or do you think they would prefer to pay less to non union and pad their pockets with the difference? The public union breaking was only the beginning for this idiot. And you seem to be supportive of private unions yet you support Walker? Maybe you should wake up and smell the coffee. Your next buddy. This whole fiasco to end collective bargaining was to break unions to cut off money for the dems. If you can't see that maybe you sniffed to much glue on the jobsite.
