It happens in Milton because there isn't a 20 foot tall fence around the city to keep people out. Maybe they should hire more cops then, you know, for check points coming in and out...

Cops all over the place...that made me laugh a little. I guess I should say I'm not sure where you're living either, since the last time I needed one; I waited 20 minutes because they were on other calls.

Don't forget, the school district also now has to pay an additional $30,000? a year for Milton's new stormwater utility. I imagine that plays into the high levy as well. Quite honestly, I'd rather give my tax money to the school district than the city.

Not true, before the detention center was built, the juveniles were housed at the Rock County jail.

If they can save even one life by taking a drunk driver off the street, who can put a price tag on that?
I imagine you're one of those folks that would say they arn't doing enough to combat drunk driving if you were hit by one.

Their front door is always open. They have a phone inside it so you can call for an officer after business hours when there is noone there.
