On Janesville police seek dog that bit woman

nikkiz, i would hate to admit it, but i agree with you. even if its your own dog, rock co will give you a ticket and possibly make you put your dog to sleep because of a bite order... i know from experience. my bull dog caught me with his teeth, and they threatend me with fines if i didn't euthanize him, because he had done it twice befofe... i had to kill my puppy because of a flippin accident! the county needs to match the teeth of her dog, and friends dogs to verify she's not covering for herself or a friend... my thoughts

Wonder if they had to bounce bouncy balls instead of throwing their hats like class of 98 had to?

On Janesville cops bust four on drug charges

I believe marijuana should be legalized, although I am not a smoker. With controll, it may be less dangerous, for lack of a better phrase. Look at alcohol, prescription narcotics, tobacco. They are all regulated by the government. Yes I agree the people of our society will find another way to excite and irritate our good people. For every good, there must be a bad. But if you think about it, alcohol being the newer good, and marijuana being the bad... What will be the next 'bad' thing we fight to legalize? And which is worse on your body and mind; alcohol, tobacco, or marijuane?

On Sexual infection rate is high in region

@justme46, and if you rely strictly on the Gazette foe your information, you must truely be ignorant or oblivious to the fact that the news is slanted only to better advertise the reporters own personal views. ***As for the whole sex talk with your kids. How many of you parents have had an actual talk about SEX with your kids. Penetration explaination, the risks and facts about STDs, pregnancy, the toll any and all of it has on the younger bodies and minds... Heck. How many of you have bought condoms for your 13 & 14 year old kids? Or are you all still living in lala land where no one has sex til they're 18? People please don't just talk about it, be about it! (By the way literature police, my spelling and grammer suck, but you'll be ok...)

To all those who are still confused on weather humans are mammals or not, go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human and scroll down till you find the classification and click on where it says Mammalia... Hmm. Humans are mammals. Who would've thought that? LOL And hey, if you get really bored, look up Chlamydia on Wiki... Animals DO get it too... Now that the idiot has hopefully helped clarify some things, I'm going to bed! Happy info hunting

On Woods to return to golf at the Masters

Glad to see people care more about Tiger's sex life than his career... NOT! Golf, along with any sport, takes a form of talent. When are people going to realize HE IS A HUMAN! Personally, I'm glad to see him back doing what he's good at.

On Janesville nurse suspended for six months

Posted on March 14 at 2:20 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

My dad had an at-home nurse visit him at-least once every week for 6 months. She canceled once due to a family emergency. Although, she was NEVER on time, and was rude as all can be, her lack of compassion is what saved my dad's life! We look at one lady whose ignorance is unbearable, but forget to thank the ones who were really there for us in our times of need. Yes, what this woman did was unspeakable, and there is no excuse for her, but what about the good ones? As for Medicare, they will probably be going after her in a separate lawsuit, as they do with any other... Its like a murder... All is swept under the rug so when it is actually tried, its been forgotten!

On None

Okay. Just my two cents worth here... Am I the only one who remembes growing up, being told: everything bad you do will come back on you three fold? Yes, this sucks, a kid died from some pills. Pills your doctor tells you to keep a very close eye on because they CAN KILL YOU if taken improperly! Do we have a full toxicology report for the deceased kid yet? Back to my point. No matter what WE think should happen, KARMA has its way of making sure things are the way they're suposed to be. (And just a personal f.y.i. I take oxycodone daily and have an almost troubled teen, and guess what? My pills are ALL accounted for!)
