The 3 stike law is not what is needed. Obviously this man has MAJOR problems with violence. This is the type of behavior, that continues to be repeated, that should put someone away for a long time. The 3 strike law is too general-give judges some room to move, especially in non-violent situations. Violence towards someone or something should not be tolerated-Period

thanks, cappyman. ideas like these are imparative-especially lately. i work for a non-profit and i am always spending my time trying to come up with ways to save money. maybe i should run for the council! lol
anyways, the center is already set up for a valet parking system and i bet there are a few people out there (i.e. retired and looking for something to do, or otherwise) that might just have the time to provide that type of service to our seniors.

has anyone thought of valet parking? if they hire someone, or find someone to volunteer, that could work during the peak times this would surely cost alot less, if any, money.

Middle name? That type of fear mongering is what has gotten us in the position, as a country, we are now (locally and globally). McCain has denounced this type of talk. It does none of us any good to stereotype anyone. Assuming someone's stance just because of a name is dangerous, at best, to our humanity. Our Irish hertiage and history should have at least taught us that.

700+ comments. i guess it shouldn't surprise me. i'm not sure why anyone would argue the value of marriage, or why religion should be dragged into it (indeed 60-70% end in divorce which is often not recognized by religion-only recognized by the person if it fits their preferrence) but if you want to be married then, by all means, let it happen. perhaps homosexuals can do it better than the heterosexuals. i believe the quality of the relationship is more important than the gender of the people in it. the jesus i came to learn about would, no doubt, would feel the same. peace!
