I think this is a good idea. Landmark Co-op is right there too.

On Janesville School District superintendent trying to quell labor rumors

Posted on February 16 at 10:19 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

2-years ago while there was chaos at our Capital, the Janesville School District and teachers were in negotiations that hastily resulted in extending benefits to teachers that have cost the District's taxpayers, now, it's back to reality Janesville teachers, you won't have the Illinois negotiators here to rape the taxpayer.

On Wisconsin Capitol sees smaller crowd on second anniversary of protests

We the People of Wisconsin no longer will allow ourselves to be held hostage to Public Employee Unions! It's over you Union Bullies, no more fake sick notes, no more calling in sick when and closing schools while perfectly healthy teachers protest, our children deserve so much better. Scott Walker has brought Wisconsin from having a 1.6 Billion dollar structural deficit to having a 400-Million dollar surplus. God Bless Scott Walker!

On Votes upcoming on Brodhead fire district

There may indeed be a trust issue because Jamie Schrimpf is one person I would never trust. Moreover residents of Townships like myself want our representation via our Town Boards have a say on what we are being taxed. Previously our Rural Fire Association had no say and while that may have worked for nearly a century, it finally came to a head with City of Brodhead hiring a full time Fire Chief and the fiasco since.

On DNR board adds 655 acres to Rock County wildlife areas

This is only a couple miles East of my home, I love the Sugar River back there but it is very difficult to traverse because the River splits into 5-narrow channels down there and frequent log jams make it challenging. I love it, a log over or navigation under makes this section of the Sugar River unique. I know several less determined canoe/kayak trippers get all tangled up, spending hours down there only to give up getting through and paddle back up stream to landing on Beloit/Newark Rd.

I know Mike (Moby) Moore and can agree with him from the Town's perspective, the lost of actual tax base may be minimal, but road maintenance costs should be born in total by State/DNR. There is already a section of South Hopkins Road so bad and wash boarded you can't travel over 5-miles per hour. For me it is easy enough to use river way there through Paul Schillings bottoms whether the DNR owns it or not, but the sand prairie and the swamp white oaks/sycamore in floodway are fairly unique. Think Ornate Box Turtle, yes they reside there, too.

On Flier contained mistake, not endorsement: Kolste

Posted on October 20 at 6:52 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

More lies from supporters of our OBAMANATION! It never ceases to amaze me the extent of distortions and outright fraud by the Left. This is the main reason we have a Community Organizer that never had a real job as our President. Deb Kolske knew exactly what she intended to portray in the mailing of flier. HealthNet does not need extra IRS attention as it perhaps will. Vote for Joe Knilans to insure that these distortions are not repeated by Kolske in the Assembly.

On Cullen feeling heat after bolting caucus

Posted on July 27 at 8:19 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Adjectives such as courage and fortitude don't fit Cullen. Tim Cullen is playing a game, trying to make people think that he is somewhere in the middle. Cullen is one of the 14-Wisconsin State Senators that embraced running from Wisconsin into the cover of Union Bosses in Illinois for nearly 3-weeks. The word that describes persons that sell their bodies to the highest bidders is forbidden by the Gazette censors, but that is exactly what they did, brought out by handlers to be paraded out in front of the media and now say different? Total (bleep). I censored myself not wanting to give the Gazette Staff any pleasure......bleep, bleep, bleep!

I see the Gazette Staff have about as much independence and backbone as Cullen, what a shame. Whimps and cowards flock together.....

On Cullen's departure could be bad news for state's Democrats

Cullen an Independent? Hardly, he didn't show much independence when he allowed himself to be pimped out by Unions for nearly 3-weeks in Illinois. It is more like Cullen is a spoiled baby with egocentric aspirations.
